Ingredients
- sponge cake
- 100 gm butter
- 100 gm castor sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 100 gm all purpose flour
- 2 egg
- 1 tsp baking powder
- pinch salt of
- CREAM LAYER
- 1 packet vanilla Instant pudding
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 100 gm dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup fresh cream
- 2 tbsps sugar granulated

Instructions
For sponge:
- Preheat oven to 180c Mix together flour, baking powder and salt.cream the butter and sugar till smooth then add eggs on at a time then add vanilla essence.Then add flour mix and whisk until combined.pour in caketins and bake for 15-20 mins.
Cream layer:
- combine all the ingredients required for cream layer and beat till it thickens.keep in fridge until use.
Ganache:
- Heat the cream ,butter and sugar then add to the chopped chocolate and whisk it until smooth and shiny.
ASSEMBLING THE PIE.
- keep the cake on serving plate then spread the cream layer over it chill for 1/2 hr th pour the chocolate ganache over it and refrigerate it for few hours..
