Boston creram pie is delicious creamy with sponge cake at bottom layered with vanilla cream topped with chocolate ganache..

For sponge:
  1. Preheat oven to 180c Mix together flour, baking powder and salt.cream the butter and sugar till smooth then add eggs on at a time then add vanilla essence.Then add flour mix and whisk until combined.pour in caketins and bake for 15-20 mins.
Cream layer:
  1. combine all the ingredients required for cream layer and beat till it thickens.keep in fridge until use.
Ganache:
  1. Heat the cream ,butter and sugar then add to the chopped chocolate and whisk it until smooth and shiny.
ASSEMBLING THE PIE.
  1. keep the cake on serving plate then spread the cream layer over it chill for 1/2 hr th pour the chocolate ganache over it and refrigerate it for few hours..
